VCEA IT Maintenance – connect.vcea.wsu.edu – December 18, 2023
On Monday, December 18th, 2023, we’re going to update connect.vcea.wsu.edu to the latest version of Apache Guacamole, as well as perform backend updates to the container service. There will be some downtime while we update the services.

When:
- Start: Monday December 18th, 2023 08:00 PST
- End: Monday December 18th, 2023 12:00 PST
- Duration of outage (connect.vcea.wsu.edu website): Entire maintenance window
- Maintenance or service outages may not last the entire maintenance period. A notification will be sent once maintenance is complete.

Affected users: connect.veca.wsu.edu website users
Notes: Outage may not last the entire maintenance window
Notification procedures: A notification will be sent as a response to this email when maintenance is complete, or if there are issues/complications. A notification will be sent as a response to this email if this maintenance is rescheduled.
Follow-up actions required (connect.vcea.wsu.edu users): Users will need to refresh their browser and log in again on connect.vcea.wsu.edu.
